  • 6 Months of Free Support: After delivering a project, we offer 6 months’ worth of paid support for free to ensure that the website is functioning properly and address any issues that may arise.
  • Free Security Support: For projects that cost $10,000 or more, we offer free security support for 20 years. This includes monitoring for security threats and taking action to prevent them.
  • Free Paid support does not include projects that we are doing for promotional purposes, for example:

Support options for Managed E-Commerce Websites

We offer free support for our managed e-commerce solutions, which include:

  • Daily automatic backups and free disaster recovery
  • Free lifetime security and website updates
  • Support for errors caused by our system

We do not offer free support for the following:

  • Incorrect modifications made to the website that do not follow our instructions
  • Installation of external plugins without our consent
  • Unauthorized access attempts that may damage the website
  • Requests to reverse changes made to the website’s design or structure
  • Any other issues that are not caused by our system or that are not listed in the free support policy

  • Contractual Support: Under contractual support, we offer a variety of options to suit the needs of different website owners. This includes monthly, tri-monthly, and yearly support plans. This contractual support option includes tech and non-technical support solutions, such as website ad application monitoring, security support, customer support stuffing, etc.
  • One-Time Support: For one-time support, we offer a variety of options, such as disaster recovery support, fixing a broken website or application, migration, website backup and restore, etc.

When choosing a support option, it’s important to consider your website’s needs and budget. We offer a range of options to suit the different needs of our clients. Whether you need basic troubleshooting and maintenance, or more extensive support, we have a solution that will work for you.
